Special Registration Rates

HAI offers special discounted registration rates for the following:

Spouses

Spouses who accompany a full registrant can register at the spouse rate, which includes all the benefits of a full 3-day registration.

Students

Students age 15 and over can register at the student rate. Proof of student status is required:

School ID Card
Letter on school letterhead signed by your advisor or instructor
Tuition receipt demonstrating current enrollment

Register Online: To save time onsite, we highly recommend Students register online. Follow the steps to complete your Registration, and be sure to upload a copy of proof that you are a student in the Attendee Resource Center. Once you finish that step, your completed form will be sent for approval. If approved, you will receive an official Attendee Registration Confirmation.

Register On Site: If you wish to register on site, be sure to bring a copy of a document listed above proving that you are a student. You will not receive the student discount without proof.

Children

Children age 14 and under attend HAI HELI-EXPO for free. However, children must wear a youth badge, which can be obtained on site at Attendee Registration. The following policies apply:

All children must be accompanied by a registered adult attendee.
No strollers are allowed onto the show floor at any time. No exceptions will be made. Please make arrangements to leave strollers in the coat/bag check area.

Attendee Badges

All attendees must wear a badge

Attendee Badge Policy

All attendees must wear a badge to be admitted onto the show floor. No exceptions will be made.

If you forget or misplace your badge, replacement badges can be obtained at Attendee Registration on site.

Mailing of Attendee Badges

Attendees residing in the United States who register by the early-bird deadline of Jan. 18, 2019, will receive their badges by mail. Please remember to bring your badge with you to the Georgia World Congress Center.

If you register after Jan. 18, 2019, or are an international attendee, you can pick up your badge on site at Attendee Registration. Attendee Registration can be found in two different locations at HAI HELI-EXPO 2019. Hall B Registration is located in the Registration Hall off of Lobby B, and Hall C Registration is located inside the main entrance within Lobby C.

Attendee Registration Substitutions

HAI does accept changes to attendee registrations, such as the name on the registration or the dates attending. Changes can only be made at Attendee Registration on site. No changes will be accepted after Wed., March 6th.

Attendee Registration Cancellations

If for some reason you need to cancel your HAI HELI-EXPO registration, please email heliexpo@rotor.org by midnight, Jan. 18, 2019, to receive a full refund minus a $20 processing fee.
