It has been brought to our attention that exhibitors and attendees have been contacted by unauthorized companies promising trade show related services. These are unofficial companies.

Beware of Unauthorized Hotel Service Providers
Several attendees have been solicited by housing companies who are offering to provide hotel services at HAI HELI-EXPO. These are unofficial companies. onPeak is the official housing company for HAI HELI-EXPO. Neither HAI nor onPeak are able to verify the authenticity of such companies or their representations and will not be able to provide a resolution to issues related to any purchases.
Using companies other than onPeak for your HAI HELI-EXPO housing reservation may result in:
- Loss of significant deposits
- Potential credit and identity theft
- Being relocated with little or no warning to a downgraded hotel
- Not having guest rooms booked
- Not being confirmed for the specific hotel requested
