  • Can I attend HAI HELI-EXPO 2019 even if I'm not a member of HAI?

    Both HAI members and nonmembers are welcome to attend the show. However, HAI members receive a discounted rate. To receive that discounted rate, visit rotor.org/join.

    If you have additional questions about HAI membership, please contact the membership department at member@rotor.org or 703-683-4646.

  • How do I submit my attendee registration?

    HAI cannot accept registrations over the phone. You can register for HAI HELI-EXPO in four ways:

    • Online: visit rotor.org/register

    • On Site: Registration will be available at one of the many Attendee Registration kiosks. However, we strongly urge you to spend less time waiting in line on site and register online early. Early-bird rates end midnight Jan. 19 2018.


    Please note that payment must accompany your registration. Also, HAI will not accept faxed or mailed registration forms after the early-bird deadline of Jan. 18, 2019.

  • How do I register my Spouse?

    Spouses who accompany a full registrant can register at the spouse rate, which includes all benefits of a full 3-day registration. Learn more about the spouse rate at rotor.org/register.

  • Can I make changes to my attendee registration?

    HAI will accept changes to attendee registrations, such as the name on the registration or the dates attending, under the following conditions:

    • Changes can only be made to attendee registration onsite. No changes will be accepted after Wed., Feb. 27.
  • Does HAI have a housing block in and around Atlanta?

    Yes, HAI has a wide variety of hotels both near the Georgia World Congress Center and in downtown Atlanta. For a full list of hotels within our block, click here.

Show Policies
Please take note of our show policies below before registering
Drone Policy

No HAI HELI-EXPO 2019 attendee is permitted to bring a drone or unmanned aircraft system onto the convention center property. “Drone” or “unmanned aircraft system” is defined as a powered, aerial vehicle that does not carry a human operator, uses aerodynamic forces to provide vehicle lift, can fly autonomously or be piloted remotely, can be expendable or recoverable, and may not carry a payload.

Child Attendance

All children (anyone under 18) must be accompanied by an adult. Registration for ages 14 and under is free. However, ages 14 and under must wear a youth badge, which you can pick up at the Attendee Registration counter. Ages 15 - 17 must obtain a paid registration to attend; student rates are available

Strollers Policy

HAI HELI-EXPO 2019 has a strict policy concerning children/infant strollers: strollers are not allowed in the exhibit at any time. No exceptions will be made. Please arrange to leave strollers in the coat/bag check area.
